Author's Notes: 4,594 words. Post  Moral Hazard. Mostly Rebecca with slight Justin/Rebecca if you squint hard enough. There are a lot of liberties taken, because we really don't know all that much about Rebecca and I thought she deserved a sufficient backstory. All mistakes are mine.
